This is the Wheel of Movement or WOM.
The WOM includes four areas that are the foundation of more movement and everyday freedom from pains and strains.
1. RELEASE
Release and warm your muscles before heavier work. Stretch and massage after a workout. I draw on my expertise in massage to help you prepare and get the most from your movement.
2. MOBILIZE
Movement is one of the healthiest things you can do after breathing and eating! I teach movements that build whole-body strength and flexibility. And you can do the movements wherever you are.
3. FORTIFY
With flexibility and movement, you can build full-body strength. I love kettlebells for their effciency -- you work less to get more benefit! I also teach body weight, bands and machine work.
4. RECOVER
The benefits of your workout are fully realized as you recover. It also reduces injury. I help you with hydration, nutrition, massage and movement so that your progress is smooth and steady.
